During the afternoon, feel free to enjoy all of the spa’s exceptional facilities which include a swimming and a hydrotherapy pool, pressure showers, underwater massage beds, steam room, sauna, two Jacuzzis and outdoor hot tub. To add to the day’s indulgence, each receive a therapeutic back, neck and shoulder massage performed by a qualified therapist, as well as a sumptuous two-course evening meal at the hotel’s inviting brasserie. This relaxing pamper treat is based in beautifully secluded grounds and perfect for anyone in need of some all-important downtime.

Guidelines: Leave the M23 motorway at junction 10 and follow the signs for East Grinstead. At the second roundabout follow the signs for Turners Hill (B2028). Once in Turners Hill Village, turn left at the crossroads (B2110) to East Grinstead. Alexander House Hotel is on the left hand side after approximately one and a half miles. East Grinstead is the closest railway station, approximately six miles away. Restrictions: This experience is suitable for both men and women aged 18 or over.
