Begin by stepping into the sanctuary of the rasul chamber and applying medicinal chakra muds to the body before herb infused steam fills the chamber and cleanses away any stresses and strains. Next, move onto the spa’s luxurious showers to gently wash off the mud, leaving skin feeling refreshed and radiant. Feel free to spend the rest of the session making use of the spa’s other facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, tennis courts, gymnasium and relaxation suite. Utter bliss!

Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year, excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s and Easter periods. Weather: Duration: Arriving at 5pm, expect to be at the spa for up to four hours including a 25 minute Rasul treatment (takes place between 5:30pm – 6pm) to start and time to enjoy the facilities (between 6pm – 9pm).
