Any beer lovers who would love to take their hobby to the next level should head to the Brewhouse and Kitchen in Southampton to indulge the passion. Start the day with breakfast and then head to the micro-brewery for a technical chat with the head brewer before getting involved with the full brewing process. Try mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast and other additions that go into brewing a craft beer. Be warned, it’s thirsty work, so afterwards tuck into a hearty pub lunch accompanied by a selection of the best house brews. The experience ends with a question and answer session, then two weeks later go back to collect a five litre keg of the beer brewed to take home and enjoy – cheers!
