This brewers day is ideal for beer lovers who would love to take their hobby to the next level at Brewhouse and Kitchen Wilmslow. Begin the day with breakfast and then enter the micro-brewery for a technical chat with the head brewer before getting properly involved with the full brewing process. Both have a go at mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast and other additions that go into brewing a craft beer. Be warned, it’s thirsty work, so afterwards tuck into a hearty pub lunch accompanied by a selection of the best house brews including Lindow Pete, Happy Felix and Hotpresser. The day ends with a question and answer session, then two weeks later go back to collect a five litre keg of the beer brewed to take home and enjoy – cheers!
