Retreat to the beauty and peacefulness of Somerset, at a camping cabin at The Old Oaks Touring Park just outside Glastonbury. A deserved winner of AA Campsite of the Year Award 2013, the park is beautiful and the perfect place for a two night glamping trip. A camping cabin is a cosier way to camp – with a king size bed with mattress and sheet, a large velux window perfect for star gazing, small fridge, a kettle and a toaster. Enjoy the outside decking area equipped with a bistro table and chairs, or get back to nature on the benches by the firepit. It’s the perfect way to experience nature with a little bit of added comfort. Stay for two nights soaking up the tranquillity of the open air, miles from busy day to day living.
Availability: Seven days a week, March to mid June and mid Sept to the end of November. Excludes Easter, all bank holidays and 18 – 19 Nov. For a £15 supplement per night, stays during the restricted dates above may be possible. Peak periods are subject to a minimum stay of three nights. Weather: Duration: Stay for two nights. To cook in the open air, bring a camping stove or hire one from the park at an extra cost. Cabins now have firepits and benches for 2017.
