Spend a day roaming the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew – one of the UK’s most iconic natural attractions. Kew boasts over 90 places of interest and stretches approximately 326 acres of eye-catching gardens and botanic glasshouses. Embark on a journey through the Treetop Walkway, Princess of Wales Conservatory and get lost in the 10 different climatic zones of this vast botanic wonder. Take a walk through Kew’s many gardens and instalments (the pavilion is closed during winter), and join in the daily wartime tour in November or traditional Christmas festivities in December and look over the botanical art paintings in January. As well as offering a host of natural attractions, Kew also has four different cafes and restaurants (three during winter) to choose from.
