Begin with a tour of the grounds led by an experienced guide after a welcome glass of sparkling wine on arrival. Learn about the history of Bolney wine and the creation process. Head to the state-of-the-art winery and bottling room for further learning and a tutored tasting of five wines which are matched to lunch. The delicious lunch consists of a selection of rustic rolls, Sussex cheeses, smoked salmon, charcuterie meats, quiche and fruit and cheesecake. It’s a perfect selection of food to snack on whilst sipping the most exquisite wine!
