Description

The Wadworth Brewery experience is more than just a tour – it is a journey from 1875 to the present day. Let your guide lead you on an extensive journey of the Victorian tower building to get an insight of the traditional brewing process, and then go on to explore the all new modern Copper House. Meet the awarding-winning Shire Horses (unless they are on annual holiday or at a show), followed by a visit to the sign writing studio. Finish up with a tutored beer tasting session hosted in the Sample Bar, with a Wadworth gift pack of two handcrafted ales, a branded t-shirt and a pint glass to take home.

Availability: Monday to Saturday at 11am and 2pm (excluding bank holidays) throughout the year. Weather: Duration: Lasts between 90 minutes and two hours but please allow up to three hours on-site in total. Numbers On Day: Spectators: The tour is exclusively for paying participants, although friends are welcome to join you in the brewery store afterwards. Dress Code: This is a walking tour including some steep and uneven parts, so please ensure you wear sensible footwear and comfortable clothing. Guidelines: Restrictions: Must be 18 or over with a reasonable level of fitness and full mobility, as the brewery contains a series of steep narrow staircases and some uneven and wet floors.
