Get ready to push the limits when you take on one of the most challenging and exciting rapids in the UK together. Take your tube and tackle the legendary grade four ‘salmon leap falls’, making your way down rushing rapids and intricate ravines. Try to stay afloat in the inflatable ring while negotiating a way through whirlpools, eddy’s and boils, all the time being washed down the white water course at speed. With experienced and qualified instructors along for the ride there’s nothing to fear, especially as you jump the thrilling cliff jump on the course. Get ready for the ultimate extreme water adventure!

Availability: At least one weekend date per month. Weather: Tubing goes ahead in most conditions, cancellations are rare and are made for safety. Duration: Tubing lasts around two and a half hours. Total time including transportation, introduction and debrief is up to five hours. Numbers On Day: A minimum of six and maximum of 24 others take part. Spectators: Dress Code: Bring extra clothes, swimwear, a towel and a pair of old trainers each. Wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids are provided. Remove glasses or secure them firmly with elastic.
