Join the expert wine tasters of The Sussex Wine School in Brighton for a fun filled and educational evening of wine tasting. With lots of other eager wine tasters following the leadership of the wine school sommeliers, everyone gets to taste six premium wines. During the session, participants learn to tell the difference between each and gain some understanding of the flavours and bouquets of each distinct wine. This masterclass in wine tasting is also helpful for future dinner menus as the class are introduced to the process of matching wines with food. As a souvenir of the wine tasting experience, a keepsake copy of the book ‘A Guide To Wine Tasting’ is handed out at the end.
